We’re very excited to announce that we have been shortlisted for a Prolific North Award.

Our Budding Burnley campaign at Charter Walk Shopping Centre has been shortlisted for B2C Marketing Campaign of the Year. The Budding Burnley initiative revitalised a sparse area of the Centre by creating a community allotment made up of vegetable beds and giant flower pots.

Since being implemented the allotment space has been maintained by a team of volunteers from the local community who meet twice a week to tend to the crops. The Budding Burnley initiative strengthened the Centre’s ties to the local community by providing them with something unique they can interact with and take pride in. Crops grown are also given to local food banks.
